Pressure Relief Valve

Pressure breakers are designed to prevent tank deformation and explosion when the pressure inside the tank exceeds its permissible limit. Their design is such that they can not allow the pressure of the tank to exceed its limit by creating a path for draining the oil due to the operation of the valve. Rapid increase in pressure may cause explosion and fire. The pressure breakers have a flanged body and a protector or sheath made of aluminum, in which the main valve is located and connected to the body by a central rod and spring.
